Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") for engaging with JS Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd ("JS Consulting Services"). By engaging with JS Consulting, you agree to adhere to these Terms.

  • Cybersecurity Services: Software installation and maintenance
  • Operating Systems Services: Software installation and maintenance
  • Enterprise Services: Software installation and maintenance

Turnkey Business Solutions

Complete turnkey solutions for liquor retail businesses. These solutions are available exclusively for liquor stores that have active licenses and established supplier accounts, which are included as part of the sale. This comprehensive service provides a fully operational business ready for immediate operation.

Operational Areas

JS Consulting Services primarily operates in Johannesburg, with services also extended to clients throughout South Africa, and countries in the SADC region.

Application & Service Process

B2B Sourcing

  • Clients must submit detailed requirements, including quantity, specifications, and budget
  • Supplier sourcing and verification are conducted before presenting options to the client
  • Orders are only placed after full or partial payment, depending on supplier terms

Liquor Licensing Services

  • Bottle Store and On-consumption Liquor Licenses follow a 5-phase process, details of which are provided upon request via email
  • Distribution Liquor Licenses follow a 5-phase process, and the National Liquor Authority may or may not issue an acknowledgment receipt upon application lodging

Managed IT & Infrastructure

Service delivery follows a structured assessment, implementation, and maintenance process tailored to each client's specific IT infrastructure requirements. Details of the implementation process are provided during the initial consultation.

Turnkey Business Solutions

The acquisition process includes due diligence review, license transfer procedures, supplier account transitions, and comprehensive handover documentation. Full details of the transfer process are provided to qualified buyers upon initial inquiry.

Acknowledgement Receipt and Conclusion of Services

For Liquor Licensing services, JS Consulting Services considers its services concluded once an Acknowledgement Receipt from the respective liquor authority has been issued. For B2B Sourcing, the service is concluded upon the successful delivery of sourced products. For Managed IT & Infrastructure services, completion is confirmed upon successful implementation and client sign-off. For Turnkey Business Solutions, services conclude upon successful transfer of licenses, supplier accounts, and completion of all handover procedures.

Communication and Updates

All communication and updates regarding service progress are conducted strictly via email to maintain transparency and record-keeping. Clients may independently verify progress with the respective authorities.

Liability Limitation

JS Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. In no event shall JS Consulting's total liability to any client exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible under the following conditions:

  • Applications have not been paid for and submitted
  • Public notices have not been paid for and submitted
  • Orders for B2B Sourcing have not been placed with the supplier
  • IT infrastructure implementation has not commenced
  • Turnkey business transfer processes have not been initiated

Payments made to third parties (e.g., suppliers, government authorities, software vendors) are final and non-refundable.

Refunds

JS Consulting only offers full refunds, not partial refunds. Refund requests must comply with the cancellation policy outlined above. Proof of payment for third-party costs can be provided upon request.

Payment Handling

All services require an upfront deposit, as stated on our website, subject to change without notice. Payment methods include ATM Deposit or EFT. Invoices are issued within 1-3 days of service confirmation. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in service delays.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Acceptance

By engaging with JS Consulting, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
